Rocket Science Torch Light In Space

Since the torch light is made to resist space environment, space pressure, etc, so people can come out of the space shuttle to use the torch light if they would like to, some space torch lights are rechargeable some need to connect to an electrical power source. Usages are for space exploration, searching for earth like, searching for livable planet with oxygen, space object detections with space telescope, space shuttle.I doesn't know if mining for minerals and elements in other planets is feasible(if better search for oxygenated planet), let's mining in other planets for more quality mining. Mining together with fuels for space shuttle to return back to earth. What are the cost for fuels mining for space shuttle and fossil fuels mining with their processing machines, usually you will know the cost of machineries when you total up the cost, cost of machineries will be included in cost of mining, but you get free flow of space shuttle fuels and fossil fuels in very planets you use for minings because you mining the fuel, petroleum, fossil fuels by yourself, the petroleum, fossil fuels you explored in the planets can be collected and sell to earth.
