I Am Quite Worry About My Both Parents Recently

My both parents my mom, Lee Moy Kiaw with handphone number :  +60166035683, my dad, Lai Joo Koi with handphone number:  +60162217333 , They are actually wanted to travel, I hope somebody seeing what I am writing will take care of them, Google, or family when I sleep walk see this, how to hack their phone in flight mode, if worst the hand phones are switch off , of course you will search for somebody to follow them. Can somebody actually help me to always spy on them whenever they are going outdoors, travels with any transportations, if you have parachute team, aeroplanes, temporary bridge to connect by placing to another planes, ropes to throw to another plane for you to walk to another plane, you can save them if you know which planes they are travelling.
